All content, materials, and program content are the intellectual property of Executive Edge Academy and may not be copied, redistributed, or reused without prior written consent.

5. User Conduct

Users agree to use the platform ethically and lawfully. Harassment, unauthorized access, and misuse of content are strictly prohibited.

6. Payment Terms

All services must be paid for in full prior to participation unless otherwise agreed upon. Prices are listed in CHF and may be subject to VAT.

Refund Policy

Due to the exclusive nature of our executive programs:

  • Cancellations 30 days before program start are eligible for a 75% refund.

  • Cancellations within 14–29 days receive 50%.

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made within 13 days of start.

  • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
